Job Description

🎯 Note: You must be London-based and able to work on-site (4 days per week) in our office, 3 min from North Greenwich station. No prior compliance expertise required. Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience.

Salary Range: £30,000 - £40,000 per year, depending on experience.

EdgeComply is a product compliance partner for growing consumer brands. We act like an outsourced compliance team, helping clients find and fix regulatory gaps across their product portfolios — so they can sell with confidence around the world. Our clients are typically based in the US, Canada, the UK, and Europe, but their products launch globally.

What is product compliance? Every brand must ensure its products meet various rules and regulations, such as labelling, safety tests, or documentation.


👇 ABOUT THE ROLE

● Full-Time | 🏢 On-Site (London, Design District)

We’re hiring a Founder’s Associate to work directly with the founder, helping run the day-to-day. You’ll play a key role in keeping client projects on track, making sure deadlines are met, and ensuring everyone stays aligned — both internally and externally.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn fast, take ownership early, and be part of building something meaningful from the inside.


🛠️ YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Owning timelines across multiple client projects and keeping everyone accountable to deadlines

• Communicating with clients professionally via email and video calls — including scheduling, prep, and follow-ups

• Coordinating with our global compliance team by assigning tasks and nudging where needed

• Managing our internal systems like Notion, Airtable, and Google Sheets to keep things clear and up to date

• Reviewing deliverables (like compliance documents or project files) before they’re sent to clients

• Supporting with operational tasks like collecting supplier files, reviewing labels, and booking product testing (no compliance background needed — we’ll train you)

☕ LOGISTICS

This is a full-time, on-site role.

Minimum 4 days/week in our office at the Design District (easy 3-minute walk from North Greenwich station)

12 min Waterloo ⇄ North Greenwich | 8 min Stratford ⇄ North Greenwich

Flexibility for occasional remote work

Occasional evening calls with West Coast US clients (8–9 pm London time)
